• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place a booking online, or enter into a service contract with Black Diamond Pet Grooming.
• Pet Vaccination Requirements: For the safety of all pets and staff, all dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations (including Rabies) prior to their appointment. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request.
• Accuracy of Information: When creating an account or selecting weight categories/service packages online, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your pet’s weight, breed mix, and general health/behavioral condition.

• Inclusive Package Pricing: Services are structured based on weight categories and selected core service packages. Additional fees may apply only if special handling, severe matting, or flea treatments are required (see Section 3).
• Cancellation & Late Arrivals: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or "no-shows" may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings or forfeiture of future online booking privileges.
• Late Pick-Up: To maintain a calm, structured environment for all pets in our care, clients are requested to pick up their pets promptly upon completion notification. Late pick-ups beyond business hours may incur a holding fee.

• Pre-Existing Conditions & Senior Pets: Grooming can occasionally stress senior pets or those with pre-existing medical conditions. You acknowledge that Black Diamond Pet Grooming prioritizes pet safety and comfort above aesthetic preferences. If a pet becomes overly stressed or distressed, grooming may be stopped or modified for the animal's welfare.
• Severe Matting Policy: Removing a heavily matted coat carries inherent risks of skin irritation, minor nicks, or underlying hematomas. If a coat is severely matted, our staff will prioritize humanity over vanity and shave the coat. You release Black Diamond Pet Grooming from liability for routine skin reactions resulting from dematting or shaving matted coats.
• Behavior & Safety: If a pet exhibits extreme aggression or severe behavior that poses a safety hazard to staff or themselves, Black Diamond Pet Grooming reserves the right to decline service, apply a safety/handling fee, or stop the groom immediately.

In the event of a medical emergency during your pet’s stay, Black Diamond Pet Grooming will make every reasonable effort to contact you immediately.

If you cannot be reached, you authorize Black Diamond Pet Grooming to seek emergency veterinary treatment at a licensed veterinary clinic. You agree to assume financial responsibility for reasonable emergency veterinary fees incurred on your pet's behalf, unless the injury is directly caused by gross negligence on our part.

• Ownership: All original content, branding, photography, logos, designs, graphics, and text on this website are the exclusive property of Black Diamond Pet Grooming LLC.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without express written permission from Black Diamond Pet Grooming LLC.

When using our website and online booking portal, you agree not to:

• Use false identity information or book appointments under fraudulent pretenses.
• Attempt to breach the security or integrity of our website, scheduling software, or databases.
